Cookie Policy

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device (computer, tablet, or mobile phone) when you visit a website. Cookies are widely used by website operators to make their websites work or to work more efficiently, to provide reporting information, and to deliver a better, more personalized service to visitors.

Cookies set by the website operator are called "first-party cookies." Cookies set by parties other than the website operator are called "third-party cookies." Third-party cookies enable features or functionality to be provided by a third party (such as analytics, advertising, or embedded content). The third party that sets cookies can recognize your device both when it visits the website in question and when it visits certain other websites.

This Cookie Policy explains which cookies Raven.io uses on ravenio.org, why we use them, and how you can manage your cookie preferences.

2. How We Use Cookies

Please note that if you disable cookies, some features of ravenio.org may not function correctly. Essential cookies cannot be disabled through cookie preference controls, as they are required for the website to operate.

5. Third-Party Cookies and Services

Some cookies on ravenio.org are set by third-party services. These third parties have their own privacy policies governing their use of data collected through their cookies. Raven.io is not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of third-party providers whose services appear on our website:

6. Cookies and the Raven.io Platform

This Cookie Policy covers cookies used on the ravenio.org marketing website. The Raven.io platform (the web-based dashboard accessible after login) also uses cookies for session management, preference storage, and platform analytics. Platform cookies are described in the Data Processing Agreement provided to customers. These cookies are separate from the marketing website cookies described in this policy.

The Raven.io agent software deployed within customer applications does not use cookies or browser-based tracking. The agent operates entirely at the server-side application layer and does not interact with website visitors' browsers.

7. Do Not Track

Some browsers include a "Do Not Track" feature that signals to websites that a user does not want their online activities tracked. Because there is no universally accepted technical standard for how websites should respond to Do Not Track signals, ravenio.org does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. If you want to prevent tracking, use the cookie preference controls described in Section 4.

8. Updates to This Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy periodically to reflect changes in the cookies we use, changes in applicable law, or changes in our practices. When we update this policy, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the website cookie banner when you next visit ravenio.org after the change takes effect.

We encourage you to review this Cookie Policy whenever you visit ravenio.org to stay informed about how we use cookies.
